DESCRIPTION

A Riviera Finance BDM is responsible for all aspects of business development within a given market area. Responsibilities include prospecting, marketing, selling, and managing a viable business strategy. Ultimately it is the job of the BDM to establish and maintain long-term visibility for Riviera Finance in the marketplace, while locating and closing new opportunities on an ongoing basis. The BDM position carries with it a high expection of performance and a high level of responsibility. In return, the successful BDM can receive a wide range of personal rewards.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful BDM will be an energetic, self-motivated sales producer. Requirements include:

  • Minimum three years experience in consultative selling
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Computer literate in Outlook, Word, and other basic business applications
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent networking and negotiations skills
  • Ability to travel
  • College degree preferred

REPORTING

The BDM reports to the National Sales Manager.

COMPENSATION

Compensation includes base salary, commissions, and incentive bonuses (quarterly and annual). All legitimate business expenses are reimbursed. Extensive support and training are provided.

The Sales Representative is a vital member of the Riviera sales force. The SR is responsible for turning leads into factoring opportunities, and with the involvement of the BDM, converting opportunities into funded factoring clients. The SR is primarily involved in direct selling to prospects as assigned by the BDM or National Marketing. In addition, the SR will focus time on prospecting for, and meeting with, local referral sources such as bankers, CPAs, insurance agents, etc., as well as attend selected networking events.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful SR will be an energetic, self-motivated sales producer. Requirements include:

  • High energy and a “no-fear” attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid drivers license

REPORTING

The SR reports to the National Sales Manager or local Business Development Manager, depending on the situation.

COMPENSATION

DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Vice President of Business Development and Local Managers to develop, implement and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns, utilizing a full range of Web technologies and social media tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute and evaluate all digital marketing campaigns including Web, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence in the context of our corporate vision and brand
  • Collaborate with local office teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate customer experience using a variety of online tools
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners
  • Participate in the innovation of new and creative growth strategies
  • Advise corporate management on new technologies and recommend transitions

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS, BA or MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least three years proven working experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven working experience with all major social media
  • Strong content development skills
  • Resourcefulness in locating and managing third party sources for content development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly creative in devising targeted digital campaigns that engage and deliver value
  • Experience in SEO techniques and landing page optimization
  • Experience in managing, implementing, and evaluating PPC campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML and basic web programming
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated to stay on top of digital marketing technology and trends
