David Clark co-founded Riviera Finance in 1969, helping pioneer factoring as a financing solution for small businesses underserved by traditional lenders. While factoring, or the purchase of accounts receivable for immediate cash, dates back to colonial times, it wasn’t until Riviera Finance came along that it became a lending tool for small businesses. With Dave’s leadership, Riviera Finance has established a reputation as a leader in the commercial finance industry; serving thousands of small and emerging businesses while establishing client service centers in major cities throughout North America. Dave enjoys traveling the world with his wife and spending time with his grandchildren.

From business development at Riviera’s Dallas office, to leading an International Trade Finance division, to COO of Riviera Finance, Joe has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency, with a focus on streamlining processes, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Joe attended Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles and enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with his daughters.

Currently serves as Co-COO responsible for the planning and administration of Rivera’s 25 Sales and Operations offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. With over 25 years in the financial services space, Rowena previously held management roles in the Purchase Order Financing industry and the Health and Wellness Industry. Nina attended California State University Long Beach, majoring in accounting.

Tony Liu has been a part of the Riviera Management Team for over 20 years. As the Vice President of Information Technology at Riviera Finance, Tony is responsible for overseeing the company’s technological infrastructure and digital strategy. Tony concentrates his efforts on Software Development & Architecture, Data Security & Compliance, Infrastructure Management and Strategic Innovation. Tony holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Tom brings more than three decades of financial industry experience and leadership to his role. A veteran of the U.S. Army who served during Operation Desert Storm, Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at leading firms including Merrill Lynch and UBS, where he developed deep expertise in strategic planning and client relationship management. Tom remains actively engaged in the financial community and served as President of The Finance Forum in 2013.

Sandy has been part of Riviera Finance for more than 40 years, beginning her career as a file clerk while still in high school. Over the years, she has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility. Today, she—together with Riviera’s Associate Vice President, Greg Kmiecik—oversees the day-to-day operations across the U.S. and Canada. Her areas of focus include Portfolio Management, Workflow Optimization, Compliance and Legal Standards, as well as Client Retention and Customer Service. Sandy ensures operational alignment so that every client commitment is delivered with precision, integrity, and sustained profitability. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and spoiling her dogs.

Greg has been an integral part of Riviera Finance for more than 40 years. In that time, he has held a myriad of positions with Riviera including managing our Toronto Canada Office for 6 years, taking it from infancy to profitability. Along with our Vice President of Operations Sandy Newman, Greg ensures operational alignment so that every client commitment is delivered with precision, integrity, and sustained profitability with direct responsibility for our Chicago, New Jersey and Eastern Canadian offices. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his wife and children.
