I have been using factoring services of Riviera Finance in my trucking operation since the end of 2017. I get calls from other factoring companies asking me to switch over, but I stay here. These guys are dependable, pay quickly and I get the convenience of checking my customer's credit before booking a load. The big plus for me is that they have offices both in US and Canada, and can pay in USD and CAD, depending on the currency of my invoice.

I have worked with other companies but they do not have as good of a rate as Riviera finance, they do charge the lowest rate of any factoring company I have seen. The customer service is exceptional, thanks to Anthony Verdes who helps me out everyday. I call them about 5-10 times a day and every single time someone answers the phone and not once has anyone sounded tired of me calling. All in all what really matters the most is the fact that they fund my invoice by the next day as well as same day funding. They help my small business to keep going.

However what stands out is their NJ location customer service staff. I have been with four client managers over the years and all are outstanding individuals.
