I am new to Riviera Finance and Rochel has been instrumental in answering my searching questions. I am a builder and didn't understand the process and had several questions and I still do. Rochel's responses are always well thought and she never showed any frustration with me and truly made me feel like she was there for me. There is a growing decline of true customer care that I observe in my day to day interactions. It's warming to know that Rochel continues to recognize that without satisfied customers there is no Riviera Finance.
