I have worked with other financing companies in the past, and Riviera Finance has been a completely different experience. The best way I can describe them is that they work as if they are part owner of your business. They genuinely care about your cash flow, your business, and just as importantly, your relationships with your customers.

Peter has been incredible to work with. From the beginning, he worked extremely fast, understood the urgency on our side, and was able to get us funded right away. He has also been completely transparent and has delivered on every promise he made.

What really separates Riviera from other financing companies is how they handle our customers. Peter understands that when Riviera contacts one of our customers, they are representing us too. They take the time to understand what is happening with an invoice before unnecessarily contacting a customer.

With a previous financing partner, we had situations where customers were contacted about invoices that had already been paid and were asked redundant questions, creating unnecessary frustration. Riviera approaches things completely differently. They do the work on their side first and are thoughtful about when and how they communicate with our customers.

That matters tremendously because a factoring company may own the receivable, but it is still our customer relationship. Riviera understands and respects that.

Peter also takes ownership when something comes up. You are not constantly chasing him for updates or waiting days for a response. He communicates, finds solutions, and gets things handled.

It is rare to find this combination of speed, professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Believe it or not, they treat you almost like family while remaining extremely professional.

There are plenty of companies that can factor an invoice. Finding one that genuinely cares about protecting your business and your customer relationships is much harder.
