David B. Clark

David Clark a cofondé Riviera Finance en 1969, contribuant à pionnier de l’affacturage comme solution de financement pour les petites entreprises sous-desservies par les prêteurs traditionnels. Bien que l’affacturage, ou l’achat de comptes clients immédiats, remonte à l’époque coloniale, ce n’est qu’avec l’arrivée de Riviera Finance qu’elle est devenue un outil de prêt pour les petites entreprises. Sous la direction de Dave, Riviera Finance s’est forgé une réputation de leader dans le secteur de la finance commerciale ; desservant des milliers de petites entreprises émergentes tout en établissant des centres de service client dans les grandes villes d’Amérique du Nord. Dave aime voyager à travers le monde avec sa femme et passer du temps avec ses petits-enfants.

Joseph Clark

Du développement commercial au bureau de Riviera à Dallas, à la direction d’une division International Trade Finance, en passant par le poste de directeur des opérations de Riviera Finance, Joe a joué un rôle clé dans la croissance et l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’entreprise, en mettant l’accent sur la rationalisation des processus, l’amélioration de la satisfaction client et la promotion d’un environnement de travail collaboratif. Joe a fréquenté Loyola Marymount à Los Angeles et aime faire du bateau, pêcher et passer du temps avec ses filles.

Rowena Mitchell

Il occupe actuellement le poste de co-COO, responsable de la planification et de l’administration des 25 bureaux de ventes et d’opérations de Riviera à travers les États-Unis et le Canada. Forte de plus de 25 ans dans le secteur des services financiers, Rowena a précédemment occupé des postes de direction dans le secteur du financement par ordre d’achat ainsi que dans le secteur de la santé et du bien-être. Rowena a étudié à la California State University de Long Beach, où elle s’est spécialisée en comptabilité.

Tony Liu

Tony Liu fait partie de l’équipe de gestion de Riviera depuis plus de 20 ans. En tant que vice-président des technologies de l’information chez Riviera Finance, Tony est responsable de la supervision de l’infrastructure technologique et de la stratégie numérique de l’entreprise. Tony concentre ses efforts sur le développement et l’architecture logicielle, la sécurité et la conformité des données, la gestion de l’infrastructure et l’innovation stratégique. Tony est titulaire d’un doctorat en génie civil et environnemental de l’Université Vanderbilt.

Eric Fujita

Fort de plus de 25 ans d’expérience chez Riviera Finance, Eric joue un rôle clé dans le leadership financier et la planification stratégique de l’entreprise. Après avoir initialement travaillé chez Riviera en tant qu’auditeur via le cabinet de CPA de l’entreprise, il a rejoint l’organisation en 2000 et dirige désormais le reporting financier, la gestion des audits, la conformité fiscale, la budgétisation et la prévision, ainsi que l’administration des plans. Eric a obtenu son diplôme en économie d’entreprise à l’Université de Californie, Santa Barbara.

Tom Brinkley

Tom apporte plus de trente ans d’expérience et de leadership dans le secteur financier à son rôle. Vétéran de l’armée américaine ayant servi lors de l’opération Tempête du désert, Tom a obtenu sa licence en finance à l’Université de Central Florida. Tout au long de sa carrière, il a occupé des postes clés dans des cabinets de premier plan tels que Merrill Lynch et UBS, où il a développé une expertise approfondie en planification stratégique et gestion de la relation client. Tom reste activement engagé dans la communauté financière et a été président du Finance Forum en 2013.

Sandy Newman

Sandy fait partie de Riviera Finance depuis plus de 40 ans, ayant commencé sa carrière comme commis de dossiers alors qu’elle était encore au lycée. Au fil des années, elle a occupé divers postes avec des responsabilités croissantes. Aujourd’hui, elle — avec Greg Kmiecik, vice-président associé de Riviera — supervise les opérations quotidiennes aux États-Unis et au Canada. Ses domaines d’intérêt incluent la gestion de portefeuille, l’optimisation des flux de travail, la conformité et les normes juridiques, ainsi que la fidélisation des clients et le service client. Sandy veille à l’alignement opérationnel afin que chaque engagement client soit réalisé avec précision, intégrité et rentabilité durable. En dehors du travail, elle aime voyager, passer du temps avec sa famille et ses amis, et gâter ses chiens.

Gregory Kmiecik

Greg est un membre essentiel de Riviera Finance depuis plus de 40 ans. Pendant cette période, il a occupé une multitude de postes chez Riviera, notamment la gestion de notre bureau de Toronto au Canada pendant 6 ans, passant de la petite enfance à la rentabilité. Avec notre vice-présidente des opérations, Sandy Newman, Greg veille à l’alignement opérationnel afin que chaque engagement client soit réalisé avec précision, intégrité et rentabilité durable, avec une responsabilité directe de nos bureaux de Chicago, New Jersey et de l’Est du Canada. En dehors du travail, il aime courir et passer du temps avec sa femme et ses enfants.
